By ordering from us you are accepting the following terms and conditions:
SECTION 1 - PRODUCT INSTRUCTION
For ordering the course, we recommend you to consult with our personal heath assistants (nutritionists) through mail: email@example.com or call 095-949-1659 before making the final decision because the result from the course for each person will be different due to their BMR (basal metabolic rate), consumption behaviour, body system and health condition. For healthy, diet and super diet course, we have BMR test system as a guide for you to choose your suitable course easier, however, consulting with our personal heath assistants will give you better results. Also, during the course our personal health assistant will take care of you closely all along.
As for Lifestyle and Healthy Party, it’s self-order service. You are allowed to choose meals up to your preference and schedule the date of delivery up to your convenience by yourself. The confirmation message will send to you as soon as the payment is complete. SECTION 2 - CHANGE AND MODIFICATION
You are allowed to change(postpone) and modify your date of delivery and address to drop off which you have to inform us at least 2 day before the date of delivery through your personal health assistants (nutritionist), mail: email@example.com, call: 095-949-1659 or Line: @healthytasty. If for any reason you wish to stop your course please advise us a minimum of 2 days in advance and we will be happy to hold this until you are ready to start your plan. We ask for a minimum of 2 days notice to restart your plan.
SECTION 3 - CANCELLATION AND REFUND
To cancel or pause your weekly or monthly payment plan please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org a minimum of 7 days before your next delivery is scheduled. Upon receipt of your email we will contact you to assist. Please note we require minimum 7 days notice for a cancellation or to pause your plan. There is no cancellation fee for weekly payment plans.
Cancellation of the Lifestyle and Healthy Party
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch (before 9.00 am of the date before date of delivery) by calling us during normal office hours, or emailing us. This will incur ฿200 cancellation fee.
Orders cancelled after dispatch cannot be refunded or returned.
If for any reason you are issued with a refund it will be issued to the same payment method as on the original order. A refund will usually reach your credit card account within 5 working days, but please allow up to 10 working days for it to be credited.
The extent of our liability to you shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the goods and we shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
If you have any medical conditions or concerns about your health that may be affected by a change in diet, please consult your GP before starting your plan. Healthy Tasty Delivery (DDoubleK.Ltd) will not accept any liability for deterioration in medical conditions.
SECTION 3 - PRICING & PAYMENT
All goods offered for sale through our web site are priced in THAI Baht (฿). You undertake that all details you provide us for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. You must provide us with your exact name and address that your credit card issuer has on file for you. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. Your order will be complete and ready to deliver as the date confirmed as appear in confirmation mail in your email address. All goods remain the property of Healthy Tasty Delivery (DoubleK Ltd) until paid for in full.
Any voucher codes advertised online or elsewhere are only valid to the products stated. If used on other products we reserve the right to contact you for any additional payment that may be due.
SECTION 4 - DELIVERY SERVICE
At the first day of delivery, also if it’s the first day of delivery of your new address. Our messenger will call you to pickup when he/she arrives at your place and it would be best if you pick up the package in person as a confirmation for both parties that you get the proper product in acceptable conditions.
If there is any visible damage to the delivered goods, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately stating that the goods have not been received in an acceptable condition. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging, as this will be required to make a claim against the carrier. We will make a claim against the carrier and if necessary arrange for the damaged goods to be collected and replacements to be sent to you.
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carriers consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the delivery notes and it is your responsibility to notify us within the days of delivery.
SECTION 5 - ALLERGIES
For course programs, if you have any food allergies or intolerances, you must inform us at time of order because we the course programs’ menu will be different everyday so it is mandatory for us to acknowledge your allergies so we are able to avoid those ingredients for you.
For Lifestyle and Healthy Party, we provide you all of our ingredients information. Please read those information carefully if there contains any of your food allergies.
